Motiva Primary Care is a newly proposed multi-disciplinary Patient Medical Home clinic in the Surrey Patient Care Network, led by Nurse Practitioners.

We believe that NP's can and should play a key role in elevating patient-centered primary care and to relieving some of the pressures on family physicians.

Our vision is a collaborative, team-based healthcare centre where clinicians are happy and supported, patients feel cared for, and that delivers exceptional health outcomes.

We Offer

Experienced Medical Director

Yandi Kwa is a Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Satsuma Health Collective. She brings 20 years of experience as an FNP. As Medical Director of Motiva, she will provide regularly scheduled in-person mentorship and also be available by phone, text, and teleconference.

Experienced Operations Director

Danny Yin is the Operations Director of Motiva Medical. His management philosophy prioritizes our clinicians' needs and job satisfaction. He brings over 15 years of experience in management in his past roles as Regional Manager and Clinical Team Leader of a national healthcare chain, and later as owner and manager of Motiva Physiotherapy Studio

Flexible Schedules

Choose to see your patients in clinic everyday or alternate between clinic and telemedicine from home. Our clinic is staffed Mondays to Saturdays, from 7:00am to 8:00pm, so you can work the hours that suit your life.
