Danny Yin
Director of Operations
Danny is a physiotherapist with extensive healthcare management experience. He brings expertise in operations, team-building, and personnel development. He is the founder and director of Motiva Physiotherapy Studio. Past roles included Regional Manager and also Clinical Team Leader for a national healthcare chain, responsible for operations of up to 15 locations, including recruitment and mentorship for physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and clinic directors, both new-graduate and experienced. Danny's philosophy is that putting the needs of healthcare providers first leads to a better work environment, better staff and patient satisfaction, and superior health outcomes.

Yandi Kwa
Medical Director
Yandi is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, delivering primary care in BC since 2006. She specializes in providing primary care to patients with complex medical conditions concurrent with substance use and mental health disorders. Yandi is also a NP Quality Assurance Assessor for the BCCNM and OSCE examiner for the BCCNM NP licencing exam. She has deep leadership experience, including previous roles as Medical Coordinator at a Vancouver community health centre and as Professional Practice Lead for Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. In 2024, Yandi founded family practice and interdisciplinary clinic, Satsuma Health Collective. Yandi is the ideal mentor and servant leader, sharing her deep experience to support the success of nurse practitioners.

Susan Ramiscal
Administrative Team Lead
Susan understands the importance of having great people at the front desk. She has 15 years of experience as an MOA in group family practices, orthopaedic specialist practices, and allied health clinics. She is a proven leader, trainer, and job performance manager. She previously held the position of Administrative Team Lead for a national healthcare chain. She is well-versed in all aspects of administration for family practices, walk-in clinics, and orthopaedic specialists. Susan ensures quality of front-end staff through training, performance management, and highly selective hiring, so that our clinical team will always be complimented with the very best help.
